WORKPLACE WELLBEING

Women’s Workplace Well-being

Practical support for healthier, more confident people at work through women’s health education, coaching, movement and wellbeing.

I work with organisations to support wellbeing through evidence-based education, coaching, workshops and movement.

My specialist background is in women’s health, maternity, menopause and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, but I also offer broader workplace coaching and wellbeing sessions for individuals, teams and mixed groups.

As a Chartered Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor and certified coach, I bring together clinical understanding, practical coaching tools and real-world workplace experience.

Why work with me?

I have over 25 years’ experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist and work across women’s health, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Pilates and coaching. My approach is practical, supportive and grounded in helping people understand what is going on and what they can actually do next.

WHY WORK WITH ME

Experience you can trust

GOOD TO KNOW

Depending on the service, I may be working in my capacity as a Chartered Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor or certified coach. Each service is clearly defined and delivered within the appropriate professional scope.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Women's health affects every area of working life.

Many women continue working while managing symptoms that affect their concentration, confidence, comfort and energy. Often they simply need practical information, reassurance and strategies to help them continue doing the jobs they love.

"Creating a workplace where these conversations feel normal - and where women have access to the right support - benefits everyone."

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING MORE COMPREHENSIVE?

Balance & Beyond

For organisations looking for a wider workplace wellbeing programme, I work alongside fellow physiotherapist Laura Hay through our partnership, Balance & Beyond. Combining physiotherapy, coaching and movement allows us to support both the physical and emotional wellbeing of your workforce.

Let’s talk about what would work for your organisation
