PHYSICAL SUPPORT
Feel supported in your pregnancy journey.
Expert physiotherapy for pregnancy related aches movement pelvic health and confidence through every stage.
All physiotherapy services are provided by Susie Rasul, Chartered Physiotherapist — HCPC registered, CSP member.
WHO IS THIS FOR
Pregnancy can bring lots of physical changes as your body adapts and grows.
You might notice aches discomfort or simply feel unsure about what’s normal, but with the right support many pregnancy-related symptoms can be improved and managed well.
My aim is to help you feel stronger more comfortable and more confident in your body throughout pregnancy and into the postnatal period.
WHAT I COMMONLY TREAT
You might be experiencing
Pelvic Girdle Pain
Pain across the front or back of your pelvis, often worse when walking, climbing stairs or turning in bed. One of the most common pregnancy complaints — and very treatable
Lower Back Pain
The shifting weight of pregnancy puts significant strain on your lower back. Treatment and tailored exercise can make a real difference to how you feel day to day.
Hip Pain
Aching, clicking or sharp hip pain is common in pregnancy as your posture changes. We can address the cause rather than just manage the symptoms
Mid Back Pain
As your bump grows and your posture adapts, mid back and rib pain can develop especially in the later stages. Treatment can bring real relief.
"One of my most popular treatment tools is a specially designed pregnancy cushion that allows you to lie face down comfortably during your appointment. For many women this is the first time they've been able to lie on their front in months."
APPOINTMENTS
How I can help.
All appointments take place in a private, comfortable treatment room. I'll take time to understand exactly what's going on, assess you thoroughly and put together a treatment and exercise plan that works for where you are in your pregnancy.
Physiotherapy Assessment
A full assessment to get to the root of what's causing your pain - and a clear plan to address it. Adapted fully for pregnancy with a specialist pregnancy cushion available so you can lie comfortably throughout.
