I’m Susie, a Chartered Physiotherapist, Life Coach and Pilates instructor with a passion for supporting women through the moments that change everything.
I’ve spent nearly 2 decades working with women’s bodies and minds. What I know from my clinic my coaching sessions and my own life is that the physical and the emotional are always connected. You can’t separate them and you shouldn’t have to.
Whether you’ve just had a baby, you’re heading into menopause or you’re somewhere in the middle, wondering what an earth comes next I’m here. With the qualifications to help your body, and the tools to help your mind.
