I’ve worked as a physiotherapist for over 25 years, supporting women through some of the most physically demanding and transitional stages of life.
My approach is grounded in clinical expertise, clear explanation, and compassionate care — helping you feel informed, supported, and confident in your body.
Physiotherapy
My physiotherapy work focuses on women’s health. I support people through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menopause, and pelvic health challenges with evidence-based, compassionate clinical care.
This work is practical, physical, and clinically focused — helping people understand their bodies, reduce pain or symptoms, and regain confidence in movement and function.
My Philosophy- How I work
I keep physiotherapy calm, supportive, and realistic.
I believe people feel more confident when they understand their bodies and are given clear, manageable steps — without pressure or overwhelm.
My role is to assess, guide, and support you with practical physiotherapy that fits into real life, helping you move forward with reassurance and confidence.
Physiotherapy
I qualified with a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy degree in 2000. I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. I offer both musculoskeletal and pelvic health Physiotherapy services.
Pilates
I qualified as a Pilates Instructor in 2016. I have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and have completed the Matwork repertoire, Antenatal and Postnatal course and many more. I love teaching pilates classes and promoting posture, strength and flexibility with pilates postures.
Mummy MOT
I became a Certified Mummy MOT practitioner in 2016. I beleive every women deserves a thorough postnatal assessment after childbirth and all the body changes that this can bring.
