Upcoming Women’s Health Chat

Understanding Back Pain

Back pain is incredibly common, but it can also be confusing and worrying. Should you rest or keep moving? Does posture really matter? And does pain always mean something is damaged?

In this month’s Women’s Health Physio Chat with Susie, we’ll look at back pain during pregnancy, postnatally and around menopause. We’ll explore common myths around posture and movement, why pain is influenced by much more than just what’s happening in your back, and when it’s important to seek further advice.

The aim is to help you understand your back, worry less about movement and feel more confident about what you can do.
