Terms of Service – Maternity to Menopause (Physiotherapy)
These terms apply to all physiotherapy services provided by Susie Rasul, HCPC-registered Physiotherapist, trading as Maternity to Menopause.
1. Scope of Service
Maternity to Menopause provides physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation and pilates classes for women across the reproductive lifespan, including during pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
Physiotherapy services are:
- Regulated by the HCPC (UK)
- Delivered according to current evidence-based practice
- Focused on musculoskeletal and pelvic health
2. Bookings & Payments
- All sessions must be booked in advance via [your platform/website].
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
3. Confidentiality
All client information is treated with the strictest confidence and stored securely in accordance with GDPR.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Physiotherapy services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. Clients are advised to consult their GP or medical provider if experiencing acute or undiagnosed symptoms.
5. Dual Role Clarity
Susie Rasul also offers coaching services under a separate brand (Susie Rasul Coach). Coaching is not physiotherapy and has its own scope and policies. Clients will never be offered coaching unless explicitly requested and consented to as a separate service.

These terms apply to all coaching services delivered by Susie Rasul, under the brand Susie Rasul Coach.

Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process to support clients in personal growth, mindset, confidence, and life direction.
Coaching is:
- Not therapy, counselling, or physiotherapy
- Non-clinical and does not treat or diagnose health conditions
- Based on reflection, inquiry, goal setting, and personal responsibility
2. Bookings & Payments
- Sessions are booked online or directly through email/DM.
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless part of a package.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
3. Confidentiality
All information shared in coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except where legally required.
4. Responsibility
The client acknowledges that coaching is a self-directed process and remains responsible for their own decisions and actions throughout.
5. Boundaries with Other Roles
Coaching is delivered separately from any physiotherapy services offered under Maternity to Menopause. No physiotherapy advice or treatment is given under the coaching agreement. Clients seeking physical rehabilitation or medical advice will be referred to the appropriate service.
