The Empowered Pregnancy 

 

This is a programme to empower YOU!

 

This is a transformative 3-part journey designed to nurture your body, mind, and soul throughout your journey of pregnancy.

 

As a physiotherapist I will share expert physical tips and advice to support your changing body and prepare you for birth and beyond and as a life coach I will guide you through mindful practices, journaling and discussions to foster mental clarity and emotional resilience and help you connect deeply with yourself and your growing baby.

 

Empower yourself with tools, techniques, and a supportive community to embrace pregnancy with confidence and joy.

Preparation for labour

Bladder and bowel health in pregnancy and beyond

Empowered Mum Programme

 

 
I am very excited to introduce The Empowered Mum: Thrive After Birth.
 
This brand new three-part programme is aimed at helping new mums rebuild their strength, find emotional balance, rediscover their identity and most importantly feel empowered during the postpartum period, which can often be a tricky time to navigate. 

 

When you feel empowered, everything else falls into place.

There is so much focus on baby, especially in the early postpartum days, but this programme is designed to prioritise you. 

With over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist and specialising in pregnancy and postpartum care, I have worked with countless women and mums just like you. I am also a certified Mummy MOT practitioner and a qualified instructor in pregnancy and postpartum pilates. 

The Empowered Mum: Thrive After Birth is packed with valuable information and my aim is to offer you the tools and support you need to thrive in motherhood, on your own terms. 


This thee part in-person program includes the following topics:

  • Posture and movement post-birth - Tips and tricks for helping you to feel as comfortable as possible after birth

  • Bladder and bowel health -  This is an important topic and one that definitely shouldn't be overlooked!

  • C-section recovery - Many women are unsure how to look after their scar, knowledge is key in this area!

  • Pelvic floor support 

  • Returning to exercise - We will discuss which exercises are safe to incorporate into your new lifestyle, whenever you feel ready. 

  • Tummy muscles after birth  - If you’re concerned about a separation in your tummy muscles, I will give advice and general exercises for this.

  • Returning to intimacy post birth 
  • Mum mindset - tools to support your emotional well-being.
